How to have a Positive Character Everyday?

What kind of Business Mode you want to be today? Believe it or Not, we ALL make business in each day of our lives whether inside our home or not. We, our own-selves are the commodity. Yap! you heard me right. We negotiate everyday with our spouse, children, parents, siblings, co-workers, friends and so on. Think about it, when we ask for help we used proper words and actions, so, we could get the help that we need. Am I right? When we encounter someone who is difficult to ask a favor, we tend to negotiate with them in terms of responsibilities with conditions. Am I still right? Agree or not, We are all in business mode every single day.

My Precious daughter began to make negotiations at early age and her interest in business got more stimulated when I started selling books online. She volunteered to help me without complaint and with gladness in her heart. Her actions made me cry. It was tears of Joy because my Precious Daughter at age 6 was already on business mode (hoo-rah!!) Up 'till now my Precious One is still into business. In the same way, we are all making business with each other and God is also in business with us. Please do not get me wrong I am NOT talking about money transaction here. Everyday we make decision of what kind of business we are about to introduce to others, we are the one who decide whether we like to make business or not. In spite, of our choices we are all still going to be accountable to God. Whether we believe in Jesus Christ (Eternal God) or not, the kind of transactions or negotiations will be judge. In Romans 2:6-9 says, " God will repay each person according to what they have done. To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger (Holy Bible, NIV)."

Let us remember that every bad business such as mistreating others, bullying, gossiping etc. comes with a prize, and it may seems feel good and beautiful at first. However, it always lead to awful consequences. Nevertheless, a good business like forgiving, being honest, loving so on and so forth will surely reap a great harvest that has no sorrows added to it. For this kind of business transactions are honored by our Living God. We have to understand that the business mode always starts in our mind, and it will be manifested in our behavior. Let us all be vigilant for God is watching.
